Introduction to PUBG: New State

Krafton’s latest addition to the gaming world, PUBG: New State, has just hit the virtual shelves of the Play Store, surprising Android users with an early morning release. This futuristic battle royale game is set in the year 2051, promising a gaming experience akin to its PC and console counterpart, PUBG: Battlegrounds.

How to Download PUBG: New State

Downloading PUBG: New State is a breeze. Simply head to the Play Store or the App Store, where it’s currently available for Android users. Apple users need not fret; the game will soon be accessible on iOS devices.

System Requirements

For Android users, a device with 2GB RAM or more, running Android 6.0 and above, is the ticket to join the battlegrounds of PUBG: New State. Meanwhile, iOS users will need an iPhone 6S or newer, running iOS 13 or above, to dive into the action.

Upon downloading the game, a small file of approximately 230 MB awaits installation.

Initial Impressions

Despite a slight delay of nearly two hours due to server issues, PUBG: New State is now up and running. Upon launching the game, players are greeted with the option to sign in as a guest or via their Facebook or Google accounts.

Once logged in, players can personalize their experience by choosing a nickname and crafting their character. The game currently boasts three maps—Troi, Erangel 2051, and Station (Beta)—along with a training ground where players can hone their skills with various weapons.

Pre-registered users are rewarded with exclusive in-game goodies, including the Takion TR1 car skin, a New State icon profile, a New State profile frame, and ten Chicken medals.

Game Features

Players have the flexibility to adjust graphics quality and frame rates to suit their device specifications and preferences. While Krafton offers options up to “Ultra” graphics and “Max” frame rate, the “Extreme” setting is currently unavailable.

With its futuristic setting, PUBG: New State introduces modern vehicles, including electric cars, into the gameplay. Additionally, the introduction of a “Drone Store” allows players to purchase a variety of items such as Flare guns, Scout Drones, Med Kits, and Deployable Shields, enhancing the tactical depth of the game.
